A charming seaside villa in Koropi, located in an idyllic spot, just 22 km from Volos and hidden within lush greenery, offering the perfect getaway. Only 100 meters from the sea, the villa is ideal for year-round stays. Newly built and spacious, with traditional touches that highlight the authenticity of the area, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, offering unique moments of relaxation and rest.
The garden is fully equipped with outdoor seating and a barbecue, providing the perfect space for wonderful evenings with family or friends.
What makes this villa truly special is the impressive treehouse, which has been lovingly built with electricity, heating, various games, and wooden sofas, it is the ideal spot for fun and enjoyment. Young guests, regardless of age, will never get enough of playing in this magical retreat surrounded by nature.
The villa consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. In each bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a balcony with a view of Pelion. On the ground floor we find the third bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom, the living room with a fireplace and 2 sofa-beds, a dining room and a kitchen with all the comforts (fridge, electric stove, various utensils and cutlery).
At 7 km you can find the traditional Pelioreite village of Milies with the famous “Moundzouris” train and at a shorter distance the seaside villages of Kala Nera and Afissos. The area does not lack various shops such as taverns, cafes, beach bars, markets, pharmacies, gas stations, and alternative tourism activities such as: horse riding, canoeing, scuba diving, etc.
It is the most suitable place, to be used as a starting point for excursions to the villages of Pelion but also for daily visits to the city of Volos, for food, shopping or night entertainment. The “Villa” generously offers everything needed by the modern guest who wants and knows how to have a good time on vacation. All you have to do is choose the date that suits you.
