Seaside villa, in Koropi, in a wonderful location, 22km from Volos, hidden in the vegetation, just 100m from the sea, suitable for all seasons of the year. Newly built, spacious with traditional touches, it can accommodate comfortably and pleasantly up to 8 people. The road network & private parking make access easy, while the taverns, cafes & various other shops ensure the coverage of any needs that may arise.
Welcoming you, the owner will be happy to treat you to our traditional tsipouro dishes and spoon sweets.
The villa is located 100m from the beach, which is characterized as private, as there is no access from the main road, but from a path. In addition to private parking, it also has a 400 square meter garden where you can enjoy your breakfast in peaceful moments in nature and is equipped with a barbecue, wood-burning oven, dining room, sunbeds, etc. The large and beautiful tree house, which was built with love from the owner and in which there is electricity, heating, various toys, wooden sofas, etc.
The villa consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. In each bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a balcony with a view of Pelion. On the ground floor we find the third bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom, the living room with a fireplace and 2 sofa-beds, a dining room and a kitchen with all the comforts (fridge, electric stove, various utensils and cutlery).
At 7 km you can find the traditional Pelioreite village of Milies with the famous “Moundzouris” train and at a shorter distance the seaside villages of Kala Nera and Afissos. The area does not lack various shops such as taverns, cafes, beach bars, markets, pharmacies, gas stations, and alternative tourism activities such as: horse riding, canoeing, scuba diving, etc.
It is the most suitable place, to be used as a starting point for excursions to the villages of Pelion but also for daily visits to the city of Volos, for food, shopping or night entertainment. The “Villa” generously offers everything needed by the modern guest who wants and knows how to have a good time on vacation. All you have to do is choose the date that suits you.
